Seems like the pastor forgot that Lawrence v Texas ruled that legislating against PRIVATE homosexual acts is unconstitutional therefore rendering any notion of regulation as useless
I'd be for that--but not on religious grounds. Homosexual sex costs us billions in terms of AIDS reserach and medical treatment and social services. Since we're paying for it through our taxes we should have a right to regulate it. He who pays the piper calls the tunes.

If Obamacare is going to monitor and potentially regulate BMI as the effects of obesity is a long-term health risk then wouldn't homosexuals active in same-sex intercourse be a long-term health risk for the spread of AIDS, moreso than other populations? If that's the case, you can't just regulate gays. No one who is having sex should be excluded b/c AIDS and HIV aren't "gay diseases." Anyone can get it and its foolish to think otherwise.
