Seems like the pastor forgot that Lawrence v Texas ruled that legislating against PRIVATE homosexual acts is unconstitutional therefore rendering any notion of regulation as useless

While I'm here, how do you suggest we "regulate" gay sex?

Should we also then regulate heterosexual sex since we've also spent tax money on research for STDs and cancer relating to specific STDs? Not to mention HIV, which is also passed via heterosexual intercourse.

Some of the people here, where do you come from anyway?
Seriously - What about heterosexual people who contract AIDS, or the people who contract it via blood transfusions? I mean, really? Do you REALLY think gays are the only ones who have and/or get AIDS? Read a freaking news article once in a while and think before you speak.

First of all,

How can people be assured that someone is having gay sex.

How would it be regulated?

And it's amazing how much some of those hate groups have in common with liberals that are only tolerant of those that agree with their leftist views. Only difference between the kkk and some libs is what they hate.
Leaving people along and stopping the hate is not a "leftist" nor a "rightist" view. "The only difference between the KKK and libs is what they hate?" Well, I hate ignorance, I hate people who can't mind their own business and always feel like they have to infringe on the business of others.

The KKK is a vile and evil group who has caused death and destruction to many people and families in our country. And you associate the Ku Klux Klan and liberals in the same group? Unbelievable.

If Obamacare is going to monitor and potentially regulate BMI as the effects of obesity is a long-term health risk then wouldn't homosexuals active in same-sex intercourse be a long-term health risk for the spread of AIDS, moreso than other populations? Shouldn't it be monitored and potentially regulated the similarly under Obamacare?

Another post based on something you dreamed up in fantasy land. Even if I were to accept your "argument" it makes no sense as HIV quit being a "gay" disease in America well over 20 years ago.

Again, where do you people come from? Are grown up Americans really this out of touch? Are you an adult?

If that's the case, you can't just regulate gays. No one who is having sex should be excluded b/c AIDS and HIV aren't "gay diseases." Anyone can get it and its foolish to think otherwise.

Those types of responses come from fringe right-wingers who live in a dream world where "their kind" are never at fault for anything. In their minds, all of the world's problems are caused by liberals, atheists, Democrats, and President Obama. They're not in touch with reality at all.

And how the hell do they think they're going to regulate people's sex lives, anyway? Are they doing to put GPS tracking devices on every man's penis to find out where's it's been?

Wait, I thought that conservatives were for less government regulations...?

Anyhow, what about breast feeding, unprotected vaginal intercourse, sharing needles...should we regulate those too...?

Yes, they'd probably favor installing a tiny camera inside every American woman's vagina.
