I'd be for that--but not on religious grounds. Homosexual sex costs us billions in terms of AIDS reserach and medical treatment and social services. Since we're paying for it through our taxes we should have a right to regulate it. He who pays the piper calls the tunes.

While I'm here, how do you suggest we "regulate" gay sex?
Should we also then regulate heterosexual sex since we've also spent tax money on research for STDs and cancer relating to specific STDs? Not to mention HIV, which is also passed via heterosexual intercourse.

There is something very wrong (and "dark-sided", as "Trading Spouses", Christian warrior, Margaret Perrin, would say) about people who worry about what other adults are doing in their bedroom. Do these people have nothing better to do?? What in the world is wrong with them? Why does our country tolerate and/or give credance to them? They are nothing but warts on the butt of humanity. I wish someone would put Compound-W on them and shrink them to oblivion. Seriously.
