Unless Roberts, Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas, or Alito, have a heart attack or god forbid something drastic, there is no "if" about it.

It will matter. If he gets a republican congress which is likely to fix the mess he has made, he will get some credit, just as Clinton did.

If obamacare is ruled unconstitutional, the fact that he shoved this POS down our throats will weigh heavily on him.

Watch the spin, liberals here have been cheering over some of the left wing nut judges decision on many liberal ideals and when they see this they will go right after the judge. Wait and see.

Guess Obama needed to be hired to write the language in the bill so it did not get tossed on silly sentence. Then again he failed as an attorney too!

If this is ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL the kool-aiders will go bonkers as we will have 4 years of dem controlled congress with nothing to show for it but massive debt and job losses.

This was their baby and if it gets ruled unconstitutional you will see Obama working the judge and or Holder finding a way to remove him or something.
