Awesome. I'm registered to vote, I'm just not going to go through with it. I typically vote, but I'm just fed up with the system. Sick of the "lesser of two evils" mentality. A lesser evil is still, well, EVIL.

The only reason I am voting is a 3rd party {Constitution} candidate worked to get on the ballot and did well in the debate that he had to fight to be part of. I have to give him some points because the incumbent Zack Space {D} did not take part in the debate. You can not blame poor Zack who claims he is a blue dog {D} but voted with Pelosi 97% of the time. I am sure his opponents would have brought that up.
It would good to see that there is others like myself that are wishing for gridlock, both of the pathetic parties have done enough damage to our country.

The first Presidential election I was able to vote was 1972 when I voted for Nixon of course.

Never missed since.
That was the first presidential election when I was able to vote as well. I voted for McGovern.

Default If you don't vote, you have no right to complain

Am I the only one who thinks common sense politics is dead? Everything's about how to best serve the corporations while placating the far left or far right. I know this sounds un-American, but I don't think voting this year is going to solve anything or bring about change. Voting is pointless. I'm totally disengaging from the whole process. It's basically hopeless at this point. Might as well just live my life the best I can, pray for my nation and try to serve my country. Forget politics.
If you don't vote, you have no right to complain.
Yet the non-voters never shut up about politics; ironic, isn't it.

What blatant nonsense to those that think if you do not vote you have no right to complain. There are some of us that have convictions and will not choose between the lesser of 2 evils. What are we supposed to do when faced with there is no choice because there is no 3rd party on the ballot? What a tyrant attitude to consider that freedom of speech depends on a action{voting}
I have a two verse poem that I wrote:
I will not vote for the lesser of evil.
And give up my soul to impress the sheeple.
