I so agree with you.

The progressives have progressed us into a damn ditch. Anyone who doesn't see that is either braindead or Upton.

Yeah, right. If I were Anita, I'd say, "Kiss my black ass, whitey!"

Dare I say it?

Virginia Thomas must be one very insecure woman if she's still thinking about how her Black husband had a "craving" for some chocolate back in the 80s.

Really Virgina?

Unless I'm mistaken, this thread BEGAN with a call for Thomas's resignation, for something HIS WIFE did. Okay. Fair's fair. Call for Hillary Clinton to resign her current office -- one for which she is obviously unqualified anyway -- because of what Bubba did with his chubby little intern.

Satisfied with THAT logic, are we?

Really not equivalent. Monica wasn't forced. Unless you go by the "asymmetric relationship makes it impossible to consent"

Clarence Thomas repeatedly asked her on dates and made lewd comments about his sex life and love of porn(even animal porn!!). This wasn't a case of office sex/romance. This was a case of one-sided harassment...

Then she should have reported it - but she didn't.

Of course it's equivalent. The entire context of this thread is about punishing a spouse for his/her partner's imputed misbehavior. Unless you're arguing that Clinton did not engage in misbehavior...

Hardly criminal. And she never mentioned it until years later. Howcum? Retro-offensiveness?

Clarence Thomas is supposed to be non-partisan. He's a member of the highest court in our land. He should be ABOVE reproach.

If they were not married at the time of A.H being harrased by Clarence Thomas its really none of her business. That's like asking some woman my husbamd may have slept with before he knew me to apologize.
