What's the deal with A-Rod and Derek Jeter?

A-Rod seems intimidating.

Salute what, the middle finger?

Russia knows a communist when they see one.

I'd consider being President of the United States a success. Don't really need to follow it with a second act.

Nah, I don't think that it has anything to do with him being as white as he is black. It's that he appeals to the worst in human nature, generally speaking. He offers to save them, not only in part of his own, "collective salvation" but literally to be their mama from cradle to grave. However, we wise folks know that "mama" can be a horrible taskmaster once she's in power.

Hail Obama...and the longer he's in power he'll be one heckuva "mama."

I think a lot of it has to do with his speech as well. He talks the way a lot of White people want to hear a Black man talk, and that has definitely helped him climb the ladder.

I don't know why people even entertain giving any kind of response to threads like this.

A total waste.

Basically the kind of Black man a lot of White people--the kind of White people who are racist and see Black people in general as "savages" but will make an exception for a mild-mannered, well-spoken, non-violent Black person--want to see more of.
