Or is there a chance that the left leaning bible, New York Times, made up this story? I say that they are trying to use anything that may take away the defeat they feel coming up next week. Yep, according to the Times they are pushing all kinds of no chance candidates trying to syphon off Republican votes. Read the story to see how it may backfire on them.

Yes, but Republicans have been doing that for years - and they're much better at pulling dirty tricks than Democrats are.

You are one fast reader. Two pages of NYT in 5 minutes plus getting a Madcow answer. Nope, you can't read that fast. I would think that you would take a chance and read from the left bible, but then I was obviously wrong.

I skimmed the article and understood enough to respond to you. I'm not interested in reading it word by word.

And why call it "the left wing bible"? Are you threatened by it?

Guess what. I read only the first page to determine that what I was saying was right and found it as I wanted.

Politicians are politicians are politicians, no matter what letter they have beside their name on the ballot.

Is it possible to make one thread without complaining about how you think people aren't reading the articles you post or watching Glenn Beck? Just once por favor...

I read the whole article, Roy. And do not find it shocking, since when has democracy become morale or just ? The name of the game is to get elected and be on the team with the most members.
Looking at in another way maybe the {D}s did a good thing by pointing out that there was a more conservative candidate in the election. And they are most likely right, I know in my district the 3rd party guy is the real conservative and his opponent is your typical {R}.
So myself I am all for the {D}s calling people in my district and giving my 3rd party guy free publicity. It's too late for him to catch fire and I am predicting he won't pass 500 votes, myself being one.
