Whatever alleged voter intimidation may or may not have happened in the past does NOT give the Tea Party the right to intimidate voters. Also are Tea Party members as adamant about preventing voter fraud in some neighborhoods and not in others? If that is the case then they are clearly discriminating.

Kirsten Powers - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

How about you address the fact that Kirsten Powers is a Democratic strategist....Juan Williams is a confessed liberal...shall we go on??

Phony scandal? Wishful thinking ...but, NO.

“This new evidence shows that the Obama team lied when it said politics did not influence the Black Panther dismissal,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “We now know that top political leaders inside Obama Justice Department were involved in the call to drop the Black Panther case. And we also know that at least one top Justice official said otherwise under oath. In the meantime, we will ask the Court to require the Obama Justice Department to release these (and other) secret documents about this scandal and its cover-up.”

Was the Tea Party wearing paramilitary uniforms, wielding weapons in a menacing manner, and shouting racial slurs at the voters?

If the Tea Party's behavior was less aggressive than the New Black Panthers' behavior, Obama's DOJ will be obligated to dismiss it unless they are willing to wear the RACIST label.

Unintended consequences and all that...

So Black Panthers in camouflage gear holding baseball bats is NOT intimidation.
Therefore a bunch of Tea Party folks hoovering should also NOT be intimidation.

Can't have it both ways folks..it's either not right for both sides or it is.
The Black Panther case paved the way.

Would you feel better if Tea Party members could wear sheets and hoods and burn crosses?

Again wrongdoing or alleged wrongdoing by somebody else doesn't give the Tea Party the right to intimidate voters.

If the argument you have is "Well somebody else is doing it" that's a pretty weak argument and shows the Tea Party has no interest in being fair or just. They just want to do everything they can to prevent people they think will vote against them from voting.

Is THAT REALLY how the Tea Party wants conduct politics?

Lol there is video tape of a black panther at a polling place yet you describe it as debatable. There is no evidence tea party members intimidated anyone.
