"Attendees at an Illinios congressional debate hosted by the Illinios League of Women's Voters decided to open the event with the Pledge of Allegiance. By itself, that is not news, but the event was not supposed to start with the Pledge."

Wow, what a showing of support for our country. Shame on this moderator. She is a member of the techer's union, by the way.

Vote for the progressives, this is what you get. No free speech.

Thumbs down Better Video

This is a more complete video. Watch what happens after the crowd recites the Pledge. The moderator shames tham, saying the crowd was being "disrespectful".

Shocking.

Nutty progressivism has this country so turned around that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance is now viewed as an act of defiance.

Shame on that moderator, her ancestors were probably loyal to the king.
