Yes this was funny & it IS pleasant when we get to speak to someone who we can understand & who understands us.
I have been in a situation where I had to speak to a man that I could not understand well & he couldn't understand me well either.
It was very frustrating but, very funny to my family who were listening.
Eventually my families laughter made me laugh & the man on the phone began to laugh as well.
It took us 3x the amount of time it would have taken if we could have communicated easier.
Hell......I'm just happy to speak to a LIVE human being, when calling customer service!?
I think some of the computerized phone systems that are in use now days.
We're designed by the most sadistic employee, the company could find?
Does anyone else out there like the "Hello, my name is Peggy" commercial (for Discover I think)?
