The most hilarious thing to me about birthers is that they just don't want a black man as a president. Or they think he's doing a terrible job. No one gave two rips when he was a Senator, making policy. It's like people who believe in aliens. So, it's just a bunch of smoke. OH! Suddenly, he's an imposter! Gimme a break.
The sweetest bit of irony - and bear with me here - would be if the birthers were right. Because it would mean that one of the greatest countries in the world didn't have the brains to fact check a man from the time he entered politics, until the time he's in control of our nuclear weapons. That's ludicrous. I could never trust that country again. It's a country full of morons. At least on the political side. Maybe the people are OK and can be farmed to make fat American canned ham.
Look at that list. A bunch of no namers, wtf country is THAT, and then BAM! America. We have so much power. Fat power.
Oh, since you're probably curious....Do I believe in aliens? Yeah, I do. Do I think they've been here and probed people? No. I think if they ever come here, they aren't coming here to be our friends.
People don't look at the alien invasion scenario too often. Can't campaign on it. Same as for the doomsday meteors that have wiped out whole colonies of things before. There are some big problems in the world today. What can we do about North Korea, watching the EU crumble, seeing how we're fighting wars and no one cares.
Don't click this link if you can't handle pictured of soldiers who got burned, 'cuz it's a link to pictures of soldiers who got burned. These soldiers did their job. They followed orders. This crumbcake jackass here didn't want to follow his. He's still got his face. And we're arguing about some dude that was born in Hawaii.
but those born NBC who later become dual-citizen are "ok"... correct?
Think very carefully about what the U.S. State Department says. Do you think someone qualifies to serve as POTUS and CIC if they: - "owe allegiance to both the United States and the foreign country" - "are required to obey the laws of both countries"
- and "the country where a dual national is located generally has a stronger claim to that person's allegiance," (meaning when they travel to that country, or to another country that has a treaty, etc., with the other citizenship nation, the POTUS would be obligated to defer and subordinate the US's rights and interests to that of the other citizenship nation's rights and interests)

i imagine the president falls under diplomatic immunity. if i'm wrong please state it.
Foreign diplomats, yes in most cases, though for serious crimes they are frequently charged in their own country so as not to strain international relations. Diplomats who are citizens of the country? No. U.S. citizen diplomats are not immune to U.S. law, and can be charged with treason, etc. For example, Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton (U.S. citizen diplomats) were impeached.
This is yet another reason "the U.S. Government does not encourage it [dual citizenship] as a matter of policy because of the problems it may cause."
