Really? When was the last time you had a conservative president? People assume they are conservative when in fact they don't vote like that.

This nation is a center right one. Conservatives about 43%, Mods 37%, libs, bringing up the read @ 20%.

Yeah, they voted just like that in the last election, across the nation, a truly historic election. Since you aren't an American, I wouldn't expect you to know about these FACTS.

The FACTS are that after voting in a President who is a different party than the previous President, Americans tend to vote in the opposite direction in the next election. Presumably, Americans like to balance the federal government. Since you are an American, and one who likes to boast about her knowledge of the political process, I would expect you to be familiar with this well-known pattern.

So contrary to the reports from World Nut Daily Mrs Loughner worked for Pima County Parks and Recreation.

Not at the level of the HISTORIC "shellacking" the dems received. They especially like a balance when one side is taking the country in a direction they don't like.

A center-right nation.

I asked you a question that you couldn't answer. As usual.

Just saw what has to be the most hilarious "news" bit on this story yet....

ABCNEWS: 'Sarah Palin, once again, has found a way to become part of the story'...

It is rather characteristic of Palin to speak out at a time like those to do nothing other than defend her right to use any kind of speech she wants instead of showing sympathy or empathy.

As a figurehead of the Tea Party she should be at the fore of requesting others tone it down and do so herself to lead by example. Instead she defends the right to use inflammatory speech!

In Somalia their tragedy began because some on the radio began sending divisive and inflammatory messages using the airwaves. We have seen the effect of such speech and to merely defend the right to continue it reflects an unstable imbalance.

Historic? Don't you mean the historic shellacking the repubs recieved in 2008? I do think that was bigger than this past year.
