I am assuming according to the Supreme Court. If they aren't constitutional they would have been overturned. See my abortion anaolgy, to see why you guys are doing more harm than good to your cause.

A few might come back, but property taxes totaling 3-4% of the house's value yearly (or more) keep them in NC.

Salaries in the RTP area are on par with Northern NJ and COL is far lower, as is the weather and quality of life in general, thanks to Durham and Chapel Hill.

Never said that this was going anywhere. My point was based off your assumption that this would politically hurt those who are in favor of it.

But again there is a reason the cost of living is less there. No one wants to live there.

Most people view a ban on partial birth abortions as reasonable. The rabid defense by the pro abortion crowd made them look unreasonable and their overall argument was tainted.
There are already approximately 20,000 gun laws in the United States. That seems like quite a lot of compromise to me. Evidently you feel we should bend over backwards a bit further in the interest of placating those whose ultimate goal is total civilian disarmament. I disagree.

It's not even symbolic, as the health care repeal bill at least had some Dems voting for it.

...again, which is why the population growth is higher here than up there, right? I think it's the sewer water personally, probably making the kwaffee smell bad.

Don't get me wrong, Hoboken and Washington St. was a great place to party while hanging with my TKE bros. Then again, anywhere seems fun when you're drunk.

I don't have a cause, causes are for people who are fighting for something. I already have a right that I'm trying to defend, consider it a mission I guess.

Is there a Constitutional Amendment regarding abortion that specifically states rights regarding it shall not be infringed?

You'd be wrong on your assumption regarding the Supreme Court overturning unconstitutional laws. It can take decades of effort to get them to hear a case.

OK, we will never see eye to eye on this. I just think you folks are doing more harm than good to your cause.
