I don't think it's illegal to have any kind of flag in your own window. Freedom of speech.

My Dad fought in WW2 for us to have the freedom to fly any kind of flag good or bad.

Agreed. That is why we let the vietnamese flag be flown during vietnam war protest. In the end what it reallty did was turn people off to the cause. Al;ways good to have a reminder really.Ask Jane Fondas about that even today.

The neighbors are irate about the Nazi flag presented in their neighborhood? And so?

First Amendment right.
And it lets everyone know who they are.

First amendment lets them do it, no matter how foul it is. Considering how many Americans died to defeat the Nazis, that's pretty up there.

The first amendment also allows the neighbors to express their displeasure at it.

Nothing in there said anything about the law of government getting involved, only the neighbors wish to move...which is in their rights as well.

Complaining about the irate neighbors expressing their freedom of speech is something only a true bigot would love.

With this logic if I was a pedophile I could hang naked pictures of children in my window so everyone would know who I am?
