They haven't forgotten. They just don't care. It's OK for blacks to be systematically discriminated against, because we all know they're inferor anyway.

Is this a diverse workplace?

Not according to the law.

And the diversity laws are totally flawed. They only focus on race, sex and ethnicity. They totally ignore all of the other aspects of diversity. To be truly diverse, you should also consider a mix of fat people, tall people, golfers, tennis players, single parents, Baptists, Jews, Italians, Germans, blind people, people who were abused as children, etc, etc.

Yes so we're going to cling to the past and use it as a hammer to club and demonize whites in the present. I love how the arguments for AA always basically come down to "well evil whitey, being evil and all used to discriminate against us, so now it's time for evil whitey to face discrimination." Affirmative Action is basically saying two wrongs do in fact make a right.

Yes! I'm so glad you finally get that. You really know how to penetrate the white mindset and articulate it so gracefully.

I admit I am clueless on legal issues.

Can you point me to where in the law (specific please) "diversity" is addressed?

Would you agree that current people who have not discriminated against minorities should be continuously punished for the actions of others?
