Absolutely agree. It's comical to see some of these people act as if the U.S. Supreme Court is the authority on fair and unbiased opinions.
I think you just leaned a bit further left. According to the document that established our government the Supreme Court is the last ruling authority. Now if Obama should happen to get to appoint another judge I bet you won't be talking like that about their bias. You do understand what I mean, I hope.
Why are these guys still getting paid? If anyone in the private sector got it wrong as much as they do they'd be fired. Why are we wasting taxpayer money on them? All it does is generate money for the lawyers who try cases before them and create another step in the process of any appeals.
Oh please. 5 straight overturns is hardly unprecedented. Here are Supreme Court statistics of cases heard in the 2009 calendar broken down by Circuit Court:
The most conservative circuit appeals court - the 4th - had 4 of 5 reviewed cases reversed. Another conservative circuit - the 6th - had 7 of 7 cases reversed - that's right, 7 in a row. The 9th had 9 of 15 reversed (one of the better track records).

In 2009 the 9th Circuit Court of appeals ruled on something like 13,000 cases. Of those 13,000 cases, 9 were overturned.

LOL, how many were unanimous? This was a clear slap at the 9th circus.
