I'm thinking the Republicans cannot read very fast. They apparently needed more than 10 months to read 2000 pages.
Walker presented the bill on the 11th of Feb. and had the house vote on the 16th. Walker wanted the senate to vote on the 17th. So where do you get the idea that they could take all the time they like to debate it?
