I'm here in Niigata, Japan.

I just heard they moved it up to a 9.1.

I'm posting on a few other threads about being here in Northern Japan. I'll post on this, so I can find this thread again easily as well.

I cannot phantom what those poor people had to go thru before their death. How terrible a situation, and what devestation, it will be with these people for some time to come. I have friends who work in Japan and some going to School out there. They stories told, are like in a hollywood movie, unreal, but the stories told, made me cry, how very sad, the Country is in such turmoil, and our friends cannot even find food or water this is terrible. I do hope that these People get as much help as they can from the outside. I am very worried about our friends, roads and streets are gone, the water is everywhere, chaos for the living. My prayers are with these people. Be grateful for the little things we take for granted.

They are running out of body bags. I never thought I'd be reading those words in the same sentence as the word Japan.
