That's what i'm talking about, why couldn't this elephant be relocated, that is what i am not clear about here, seems to me this guy had every intent of doing just as he planned no matter what, to kill this elephant.
Scroll up a few comments and you will see that this was not his first Elephant kill, but the 5th Elephant he has shot dead. He definately wanted to kill it for the sake of killing it.

Ok this explains it he is a elephant murderer. And i dislike this man even more now. Thanks
Bob parson is a piece of crap who deserves to be walked on by elephants. What a low life loser. MAY BOB PARSON BURN IN HELL & GOD NOT HAVE MERCY ON HIS SOUL.
There was a group of male teenage elephants years ago, which, similar to human gangs, liked causing trouble and fighting. They walked around killing rhinos without any reason. Usually those two species live side by side peacefully as they don't compete for anything such as food.
Much like human boys without adult male role models to guide them, the young bulls were getting into trouble because there were no older males among them. When mature bulls were introduced, the young trouble makers were quickly disciplined and brought into line by the no nonsense big bulls, and the rhino attacks ceased and order was restored.
Godaddy CEO Bob Parson traveled to Africa to rid a village of a problem elephant - and posted the kill on his blog. PETA responded by giving him their "first-ever Scummiest CEO of the Year Award". Parsons replied "I understand PETA has an agenda, but I refuse to go along with their extortion-style practice."

Exactly. And the reason there were no adult male role models to guide them is because hunters like the idiot CEO killed them off. +1 to you.

Which shows how similar to humans they are. Their behavior is not innately fixed like with primitive animals, but very flexible.
Interestingly elephant societies are governed by females.
Exactly. Very well said. Relocating elephants is very common practice. From 2001 to 2004 1,000 elephants were relocated from South Africa to Mozambique. Also worth mentioning that this is the 5th elephant kill for Parsons.
Which is expensive and provides no benefit other than removing that animal. With the solution that was applied, not only did it eliminate the problem animal, but it provided food for the village. Though by your position, it appears that you value animal life above that of human life, a common problem with animal activists.
