It's all about analogy.

Brainwashed and conditioned throughout their young lifetimes in the socialist re-education factories their neurons are not making the connection. Sad really. Those unable to critically think merely default to regurgitating the mantra of their progressive professors.

Any one consider that the analogy is 5 minutes past stupid? Sharing grades and shared responsibility for resources which accrue to all citizens...

Never mind.

Can't rep you anymore.

The fate of this country rests upon the homeschooled kids, who haven't been brainwashed by the education arm of the leftist propaganda machine. Please hurry up and grow up and run for office!

Indeed, it would seem the students in the video are not the only Progressives who don't "get it" and cannot or will not see their own hypocrisy.

Shared responsibility for resources???? come again?

Yeah, actually, on second thought, that sounds good. I'd like it if the lazy stupid bums would share some responsibility for CREATING the resources. That would be swell. Thanks for posting.

An education system where you can invest that "A" in last semester's class into a system which then gives you an "A" in this semester's class without any work at all is the only case in which this analogy works. Or perhaps one where the fact that your parents got straight "A's" means that you are automatically bequeathed the same grade thanks to the circumstances of your birth...

That sort of education system wouldn't amount to a hill of beans in judging a person's educational worth.

Kinda makes you think about our economic system doesn't it.

What would be the basis for redistributing GPAs? What broader benefit are you trying to accomplish? With certain property interests, I don't think anyone would argue that there isn't a tangible benefit to breaking up monopolies and land oligopolies.
