I think the judges were in awe of the ignorance. You can either try to ask her a question or just ignore her. Lawrence O'Donnell tried asking her questions the other day and she just completely ignored him (albeit he was combative in his questions).

1. It appears that killing OBL didn't help Obama much in the polls. In other words, it is already past.
2. The Constitution requires that the President be a "Natural Born Citizen".
Justice Hugo Black, in an earlier case, as well as the relevant congressional record, defines a Natural Born Citizen as one born in the US of two US Citizen parents.
Obama's father was a subject of the British Crown, and was over the age of 21, while his mother, was 18 (below age of majority).
Accordingly, while Obama is a citizen, he is not a Natural Born Citizen under existing statutory and case law. You can clearly see from the certificate the age of the mother.

Let us help you out. Justice Black did no such thing. There is no definition of a Natural Born Citizen as requiring two US citizen parents. No court ruling. No legal citation. Nothing at all.

There is not a single current judge, congressman, constitutional scholar or law professor who agrees with that interpretation of natural born citizen. There are former presidents, VPs, major party nominees and candidates who had at least one non-citizen parent, and none were ever seriously questioned on that basis.
