As predicted, the Krugman Keynesian Klan plans to blame inflation on everything OTHER than monetary policy.

Krugman-in-Wonderland: All is well -- on the inflation front! (If you like inflation)

Quote:
Lately the inflationistas have seized on rising oil prices as evidence in their favor, even though — as Mr. Bernanke himself pointed out — these prices have nothing to do with Fed policy. The way oil prices are coloring the discussion led the economist Tim Duy to suggest, sarcastically, that basic Fed policy is now to do nothing about unemployment “because some people in the Middle East are seeking democracy.” (emphasis added)

But I’d put it differently. I’d say that the Fed’s policy is to do nothing about unemployment because Ron Paul is now the chairman of the House subcommittee on monetary policy. (emphasis added)

Yeah, what Krugman misses is that middle America is on to him...

Attendee at Sean Duffy townhall rudely interrupts to tell Duffy that his Paul Ryan budget info has been called fraudulent by Nobel economist.

Must see video... Average American erupts in reaction, at about 1:20.

About 2 minutes.

Krugman's theory is that Washington cares about inflation now, and therefore this means they don't care about the unemployed.

This all relies on the assumption that QE has been effective at creating jobs.

Six in one hand, half dozen in the other.

Am I giving Krugman too much credit?
