Forgive me for not getting my panties in a wad over something that may have happened in 1973 if Trump has a history for the past two full decades of non-discriminatory behavior.
I suspect if one were to do research they would find thousands of similar lawsuits in that period. This country was still having growing pains and legislative pains following the civil rights act.

People get sued all the time especially by losers who are looking to make a quick buck off someone who is successful.
In my rentals I wont rent to dirty welfare types either and will and have always found a way to keep my rental properties clear of welfare non working types no matter what color they are.
It is a proven fact that low income welfare types do not take care of their homes and surely do not do well taking care of and keeping items that do not belong to them clean.
I have a few welfare types slip through the cracks with their lying etc but it did not take me long to evict them for being trashy and not even keeping my rental home clean and well kept.
