Obama is a Muslim.
Obama is not a citizen.
OBL is not dead.
OBL has been dead for 8 years.
Global Warming is a hoax.
With scant or no evidence RWNJ conspiracy theorists boldly claim the truth in these theories. They will boldly and in lock-step latch on to a theory that has long been disproven if it seems to satisfy their political outlook.
Because they are unhinged, what is considered fact in the rest of the world must be debated here. Even when faced with unabashed truth that counters their claims, they simply move the goalposts.
Then they (ironically) call us patsies for having some faith in the truth-- and in the government, while they put their faith in loosely connected and sometimes maniacal fictions.
It is this group that has ruined political debate. You can't debate opinions and solutions when you have to spend your time proving what is already fact.

How about:
Bush masterminded 9/11;
Bush went AWOL during Vietnam;
The war in Afghanistan is being fought so as to build an oil pipeline;
and in the interest of fairness,
Obama wants to confiscate 401(K)s
I concur with your premise. But the accusation that it all originates from the Right is bunch of bull.
Now, how in the world could you forget the mother of all conspiracy theories?
Valid. I should have put it on the list. However, to be frank, it was never embraced with level of ferocity, as the birther claims. I know no mainstream Democrats who believe Bush was behind 9/11 but more than a third of Republicans are birthers. Magnitudes different.

Again, valid. But If you look where it is originating from NOW, it is most certainly the right. And with a much greater level of ferocity than any of the claims you listed.

Because the Left has their guy in the White House!
Next time the GOP gets the White House, positions will switch and it will be Left blathering all kinds of madness.
Condemning half the problem is not a legitimate position.

Hahahaha.....nice try. Apparently your blinders are on. Some of the 9/11 Truther folks are quite vicious in their beliefs.

Thanks for your opinion.
This is a problem that occurs to a much greater degree on the right. Unbiased observation would certainly indicate such.
