But sure, Bush is dumb, Obama is God, blah blah blah lets kick Texas out of America. Good grief.
I corrected it on that thread. Sorry Texas. I had a moment.

Yes and no. Yes there are plenty of Americans that are dumb but more that are just misinformed and out of the loop. We live in a society that so many pathetically worship a celebrity type culture. Millions upon millions spend more time, money, and effort into sports, celeb gossip, tv, etc. And the worst part is many are so emotionally involved.

You watch on tv and see scenes of grown adults cheering and going crazy over a celebrity or sports team. You see on the internet how people get so involved in it all. I use to listen to sports radio, but RARELY do so anymore. Its almost sad to hear these grown men calling in, with so much obvious emotion and caring in men who get paid millions to play kids games. I use to be big into sports but Im to the point now where I refuse to get wrapped up in it at all. I rarely watch tv, rarely watch sports. There are far too many more things I can do with my time to benefit myself, the country, my family, etc.

Its to the point where its almost hard to take anymore. Its hard for me to understand how we have gotten to this point, and how tens of millions, if not more, can be like this. Personally i think its sickening to a degree, sad, and frankly...scary.

To hide from all you dumb people I spend most of my days and nights hiding in my dark closet and drooling in my shoes.

Yes.

The American people live on ten second soundbites, take it and run with it.

Most people don't have a clue regarding how far away from the constitution we've gotten.

All it is is gimmee, gimmee, gimmee.....I know what I'm entitled to!
