Ron Paul is an actual conservative, next?

i couldn't agree more! he folded like a cheap suit on the budget and he will fold again on the debt ceiling.

if he was in my district, i would campaign for his opponent.

Given the choice of someone like Bachmann or Boehner. I would have to choose Boehner. Boehner is not crazy. Just more of the typical conservative.

with all due respect, don't you think there is some hypocrisy on the left after obama bailed out the banks, cut the taxes on the wealthy, gives his friends the triple canopy money, reversed himself on gitmo, and then became a war hero by killing (not capturing) bin laden.

now the liberals are all macho.

neither of our parties are anything to write home about now.

A rarity indeed on C-D. A person practicing intellectual honesty regardless of party affiliation.

This thread isn't about Libs. It's about a so called "conservative" that not only ISN'T conservative, but has NEVER been a conservative. And last year when i was telling Repubs that he'd make a lousy speaker, i was told to mind my business because i'm a lib. Republicans knowingly made him their speaker when they knew damn well that he wasn't a conservative. Don't get mad at me...i'm just telling you the truth.

And i am a macho liberal. You're right. But then, i was one BEFORE Bin Laden was ever captured. Hell, before anyone knew who he was.

Still have not heard the tea party outrage. Takes something more than that I guess to get their motors runnings. Maybe something like this stuff one of their leaders is about.

No he is not a real conservative, but would you rather have bachmann, who is crazy. The only one that is really conservative is Ron Paul and they call him crazy.
