Tucson & southern Az intend to suceed from the rest of AZ. The reason is what the gang of loonies in Phoenix have been doing. (The usual gang of idiots) What do you think of this? I'm all for it. Anything to get out of the GOP's influence.

I'm for it as well considering how crazy AZ's political culture has become.

it is a terrible idea, even if it could happen. the liberals who want this to happen have no idea of what is involved, and what the consequences of such an action will be. for instance it means setting up a complete state government, including a capital, a proper judicial system, legislative branch, etc. this is a complete duplication of effort and a huge waste of money.

second it means that new taxes will have to be put in place to pay for the government.

sorry but there isnt enough money in 1/3 of the state of arizona to pay for all that, even if you tax the people and businesses at 100%. all it iwll do is kill southern arizona. those that can leave will, those that cant leave will suffer the consequences.

this is not a well thought out plan in any way shape or form.

The confederate states tried to get out from under Republican leadership. As I recall, it didn't work out so well.

The Confederate states were trying to secede from the Union and become their own country. Baja Arizona would be its own state, not its own country. Big difference.

Viva Baja Arizona Libre, Just because the rest of Arizona has gone National Socialist is no reason we should follow them. Besides it will save Arizona the cost of a fence since they will no longer be a border state

LOL...yea, the rural areas of the state have gone bananas.

Flag, Sedona, most of Phoenix, Tucson, Santa Cruz County (except for Sonoita), Bisbee, Douglas, Parker, and most of Yuma County are the only sane parts of this state left. Well, a lot of Pinal County has to be tossed in too for good measure.
