But Obama extended the tax cuts for the wealthy like the republicans wanted! I thought extending these tax cuts for the wealthy job creators was supposed to lead to more jobs. What happened?
Right..the 10% bracket is wealthy. How many in the 10% bracket created jobs for the rest of Americans ?

ROFL..."tax cuts for the wealthy"
Where are the "results" for extending tax cuts for the wealthy? No new jobs were created and we have increasing numbers of citizens needing food stamps.
ROFL.........tax cuts for the wealthy created more people without jobs and in need of food stamps!

Obama promised the jobs.
The extension of the Bush cuts was for consumers to SPEND money.
And they are spending. CC debt has been up for several months now.
The BLS was jumping for joy..employment went UP in case you haven't noticed. McDonald's went on a hiring spree.

Keeping in mind that Obama was pushing for working and middle class cuts all along, it would appear that you're trying to argue that:
1. Tax cuts extended to the wealthy increased credit card debt in the middle class (why would wealthy people depend on credit cards - and why would that be a good result of lower taxes?)
2. Tax cuts to the wealthy increased hiring at the cheapest fast "food" joint that caters to the lowest end of the economic scale.
I think you have a political agenda that you're trying to justify by linking unrelated events, but the logic just isn't there.
What happened to the Republican doctrine of "compassionate conservatism?" I can't get over how greedy and self-centered the party as become. Reagan must be rolling over in his grave. Oh, That's right. Republican Herman Cain has been criticizing both Bush's for their taking up the mantra of compassionate conservatism. I guess compassion is outdated in the Republican party thus the hatred of the food stamp program that helps the elderly and poor.
Seeing that Food stamps is a state program, maybe the blame lies with the Governors of those states. Out of the top 10 food stamp states, 7 of the 10 Governors are R's
1. Mississippi, Haley Barbour, (R)
Percentage of Population on Food Stamps: 20.7 percent (614,320)
2010 Total State Population: 2,967,297
2. Oregon, John Kitzhaber (D), Senate
Percentage of Population on Food Stamps: 20.1 percent (770,054)
2010 Total State Population: 3,831,074
3. Tennessee, Bill Haslam (R)
Percentage of Population on Food Stamps: 19.8 percent (1,227,600)
2010 Total State Population: 6.2 million
4. New Mexico, Susana Martinez (R),
Percentage of Population on Food Stamps: 19.8 percent (407,717)
2010 Total State Population: 2,059,179
5. Michigan, Rick Snyder (R)
Percentage of Population on Food Stamps: 19.7 percent (1,947,077)
2010 Total State Population: 9,883,640
It might be a great slogan for the "Tin Foil Hat Crowd" but the reality is the number of food stamp recipients increase over 50% during George W. Bush Jr. terms in office.
Thats because the standards are set by the median income, which increased substantially during Bush's term. I note though how you only like to post part of the facts..
Now whats the excuse for the increase during Obamas term so far? Increased incomes as well?
