Are you kidding? Then the people examining/investigating would come to the same conclusion, and all of the birther nuts would say that they had come under some magical mind control from Obama and his libhurl socialist communist nazi atheist minions.
No, I'm not kidding. By the time the records do move into the public domain, the "birther issue" will be history and all of them dead and buried, along with all those who think the birthers are nuts. Obama will also be dead and several presidents will already have come and gone. So, I would expect that those historians who might be interested in investigating this from a historical perspective would have no agenda one way or the other.
Until all the privacy limitations have expired and forensic document examiners can actually get in to the files and examine them scientifically, and publish the conclusions of their investigations, this issue will not be laid to rest--or resolved to the satisfaction of everyone. By that time everyone here on CD will be dead and gone.

This shows the far left of what Obama submitted - supposedly copied from a book - at the curve of the inside edge is seen, but is not reflected in the word "Male", which is shown on a straight line. Can't do that on a photo copy.
This link has Obama's long form side by side with a long form of a Hawaiian born person the day after Obama was born. It contains a very detailed explanation of how this could not be a real document.
Things I noted.
The serial number on the upper right for Obama is a higher number than the person born after him.
The type on the far left for the sex and the hospital starts in different places. This may be to avoid the obvious curvature of the page if the type had started in the same location.
The microfilm vs. non-microfilm. Obama's form should be on file with the person born the day before.
The text that's below the table and above the signatures is missing.
