So many bills..geeze.

The right one about the pat downs is HB1937
Here's the link to that one:

But it looks like Texas backed off..they've shelved the bill.
The Feds won.

I'm sorry to see the Texas Senate back off the TSA groping bill. I was looking for a showdown between TExas and the federalis, maybe get one step closer to secession.

There can't be a showdown. The US is not at that level yet.
But look how close we are getting.

You don't think Obama would do exactly that with Texas if he could? He'd do it in a Chicago minute if he thought he could.

Rick Perry should call the Texas National Guard home from overseas. Looks like a battle is brewing. There are 15 military bases in Texas that Texas could keep. I can guarantee Obama would lose this one if he tried to bomb Texas.

Not necessarily. Arresting groping TSA agents, having them register as sex offenders, could be another tactic against the hand of tyranny.

They may not take kindly but at the end of the day, they sallow their umbrage just as they did in 1865 and 1965.

This is the same sort of bone headed thinking that landed Lakin dishonorably discharged and imprisoned.

Apparently sarcasm/ tongue-in-cheek postings escape you when they are not your own.

States don't get to "keep" federal property. The very ideal of a military showdown between the Texas National Guard and United States military forces is patently absurd.

Also Rick Perry doesn't enjoy the type of support in the State of Texas that would allow him to secede. Keep in mind most of the growth attribute to the State of Texas in the last 20 years comes from people originally from OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.

Texas secession is a Wingnut fantasy.
