1st amendment. Freedom of speech.

And, the KKK doesn't receive government support like ACORN does.

Which "congressional majority" would that be? The Republican majority in the House, or the Democrat majority in the Senate?

My money is on the Democrat majority. After all, they are the only bigots who think all minorities and women are inferior and can only make it in the real-world if the government provides assistance in the form of Affirmative Action.

Or were you not aware that Congress is split between both political parties?
