I wouldn't call it a "phobia". That would imply an irrational fear. My fear of Skippy isn't irrational. The damage he can do to this country is very real.
I wouldn't be screaming at the tow truck driver for not fixing it, but I would certainly be screaming if he took out a sledge hammer and went to work making it worse.
