If its voluntary, its not unconstitutional.

No one is being forced to be drug tested. If you don't want the drug test, turn down the "free" cash. Simple.

I didn't know the Third Reich worked so hard to protect taxpayer money!

Testing someone for Welfare is unconstitutional...take it up with the SCOTUS if you have such as problem with that.

Would this also apply to the oil companies who get HUGE Welfare checks from the government?

Apply to "farmers" like Repug Michelle Bachmann who got a HUGE Welfare check in the form of a farm subsidy?

Does it apply to the banksters and Wall Streeters who got HUGE Welfare checks from the government because they ruined the economy?


Does it apply to the wealthiest 2% of Americans who got a HUGE Welfare check from Bush in the form of tax breaks?
