Maybe you can point out some of these people, and then validate the need for such a ridiculous thread.

Only pupose I see in the thread is to enforce your self serving demand for more and more government.

"waaa, waaa, we would all die without government" bs..

Please post some similar pictures where a lawsuit has not been filed?

I can speak for many on the forum when I say, we really don't care what you think, but we support your right to say it.

Your don't like the thread. Feel free to not read, but thanks for the bumps.

see? I can make an emotional argument that is technically true, but entirely unhelpful in real conversation too.

Hong Kong is the most deregulated first world economy to date.

I wouldn't mind if all of the US looked like this
HK was built by those pesky liberal Brits.

So when I ask you to point out people who suggests that there be no regulation, you go on to not answer my question,

On the contrary, I'm waiting for you to validate the need for the thread and point out
A) that China has no regulation, which was your original claim
B) That people believe we shoudlnt have ANY..
Changing the level of government where its regulated, doesnt make it disappear.

I worked on a lawsuit about 15 years ago where citizens sued PPG for polluting.. They didnt need government to do so. I have yet to see ONE person say there is no need for ANY regulations.. Maybe you can help hotair by finding some of these imaginary individuals, otherwise its just another "I hate Republicans" posting based upon lies..

You might have some point but it also appears in china you don't have much right to bring the companies and or government to justice when they posion your water and your personal AIR!

That would be state control over the individual.
The EPA can serve a purpose as a private non government agency that can assist in better environmental practices and individuals CAN SUE other people or businesses for poluting their waters and personal property.

Pittsburgh used to look pretty bad so did Cleveland, but most of the industry went to China who doesn't let pesky little things like environmental standards and child labor laws get in the way.
