FIRST you raise the debt ceiling and pay the bills you owe; THEN you cut the budget and reduce your future outlays.



IS this how you run your household? Or do you BUDGET....Or do you spend until all your credit cards are maxed out and then say...well, I need to borrow more to pay these off?

You cannot SPEND your way out of debt...



It's thinking like this that put us in this situation...

If they would have put a BUDGET in place 800+ days ago....would we be in this situation now?

What people don't understand, is if we raise the debt ceiling will it go towards bills or something else?
