That is why France will not pay Haiti reparations for forcing them to pay $22 billion for freedom. Do you know what $22 billion cost back then? However, liberals love to impoverish black people and force them into poverty so they can elicit money from them.

Haiti is the poorest nation in the Western hemisphere and thank a liberal for their wealth distribution policies for it.

I believe that is more about international bankers being upset they lost control over one of their resources than left/right politics.

Why won't liberal France compensate Haitians for making them pay for their freedom?

Ehm - it wasn't "$22 billion back then", it was 60 million francs. An a-hole move, to be sure, but let's not convert twice to really get the outrage going.

Since when was it a given that France is particularly "liberal"? Never mind that, seeing as Haiti has been independent since 1804, and the offending transaction took place in 1825, it's what - 6 generations or so back.

I am not really seeing what claim modern Haiti has on modern France. For better of for worse, that's how the world worked back then - if the UK was to present France with a bill for the losses incurred during the Napoleonic wars, would they be met with anything but laughter?

I know. Pillage people, let time pass, and resume innocence all while making Haiti continue to pay their debt obligations to the people that pillaged them. Do liberals have no sense of justice?

You probably think that a rape victims owes their rapist a bill of fee.

I love warmongers rationalizations.
