Amen to that! Of course you already know the philosophy underlying "deport the unproductive", is really the so-called Free Market (aka, "life boils down to just one big bazaar of "stuff" for sale, even people")!

It's like that famous definition of a cynic: "a man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing."

Just the unproductive people of working age, or also those who've been retired for some time and have outlived their usefulness?

...Then, since we're supposing, suppose someone in Washington plays around with the new law, and you wake up one day to find that the definition of "unproductive" has changed, and now you're on the list.

I am unproductive. Retired in my early 30's - and no, not by drawing on public assistance.

Should we deport the unproductive?

No! But we should not support them either.

How about we round them all up and enslave them? (O.K. not "slavery" but work camps - like mandatory work they have to do around the nation to pay for their taxpayer support).

Mandatory work. Since they wanna live offa our tax dollars eat for free, shelter for free, might as well get them to work for some of it.

Makes perfect sense to me. Anyone who doesn't wanna fill potholes and trim trees and pick up trash, and perform that "infrastructure work" - should get a job that they choose and get off the dole.

So you have an unproductive class of US citizen and which country is it that should take them? Or are you trying to pull Castros method of putting the worse in the society on boats?

Since when did the unproductive loose their citizenship?
