Peregrine Obama does not meet the Supreme Court's definition of a natural born citizen. He does not meet the subject to jurisdiction in the 14th Amendment. He does not meet the same standards identified by Justice Gray in Wong Kim Ark.

Obama's illegal Presidency screams for Quo Warranto legal action.

That's funny since the phrase natural born appears only once in Justice Gray's decision and that was a citation of an earlier decision. In short, let's not make up things that don't exist.

Arpaio is the Sheriff of Maricopa County, does that mean that Obama would not be on the ballot in Maricopa County, while Mitt Romneys Mexican Heritage may keep him off the ballot in other counties

as you keep repeating again and again and again while never acknowledging that not a single congressman, judge, law professor or constitutional scholar agrees with your interpretations.

now we know that obama's father's citizenship was well known long before he announced his candidacy so, was this just a case of monumental fail by the hundreds of thousands from all over the political spectrum who have an advanced understanding of the constitution or maybe, just maybe, you could be wrong?

which do you believe is the most likely answer?

Curious how these twits keep coming back to this. Now if they recall the opponent was not born in this country and it was even before a time when it was considered an American birth... think they would be making the same stink about McCain?

These people wont believe his birth in the US even if film is provided.

repeating this lie does not make it true.

repeating this lie does not make it true, and misrepresenting a judge's finding doesn't help your position.

BTW, the dissenting opinion in Wong Kim Ark, agreed that it was possible that Wong Kim Ark could run for POTUS if he wanted to.

best not to use legal jargon when you have demonstrated through your posts that you are ignorant of the law as well as court procedures.

BTW,

Chester A. Arthur - father wasn't a citizen when he was born. Elected President

Spiro Agnew - father wasn't a citizen, yet he was elected as Vice President (which by the 12th Amendment, must have the same qualifications as the President)

Hubert Humphrey's mother was born in Norway. It is unclear if she was a citizen at the time of his birth. James Buchanan's parents were born in Ireland. Their citizenship at the time of his birth is unclear. There was a VP whose mother was a Native American, and ineligible for citizenship at the time (though arguable born in the USA).
