Politics is not about peace, anyway. All sides want to use the gun to get their way. Absent a unanimous consent system, the entirety of politics-in-action relies upon the necessity of employing physical force to do ones bidding.
It matters not that the gun is either threatened or held upon others (matters not to anyone but a strict pacifist), but requires only that the person(s) with the gun(s) is doing so because (s)he is enforcing ethical ideas which are qualitatively superior.
A Liberal Texan?? Friend you are in big big trouble.. lol
Not really, more like most extremists here in Texas know better than to cross others. And just for giggles...even being 'liberal' here is considered "conservative" most other places.
Could your thread heading be more dishonest? He is not fantisizing about "killing liberals". What he is saying is that Progressives would not be willing to take the same treatment as they dish out. The "guns" comment was figurative, he was not calling for killing.
"They bring a knife we bring a gun." President Barak Obama
Can anyone top this B.S!!!!!..statement that he is being figurative??..
The man said he was NOT talking figuratively!!!..The man said people in the military are saying they will side with him in a civil war.
What are these people in the military going to do, write news stories??
Sometimes people are too willing to set themselves out front as the poster child for dumb when they are towing the party line.
