I'll say it again, Obama's jobs bill wasn't voted down today. Obama's jobs bill didn't lose a vote, there was no vote on the jobs bill
What would have happened when that bill got to the House? I don't think it would have been approved, for some reason. You are wasting your time howling so hard and long because the damned thing just never was going to be a law.

Maybe Obama has what he wanted when he drew this thing up. He went past the normal means of legislating but can still blame the GOP because it didn't pass.

Why should they give a chance to legislation which outright violates the US Constitution and creates more government bureucracy funded yet again by the taxpayer while also paying back a major Obama donor (see LightSquared)?

Hint: go read the entire text of the bill

Hey genius, Obama had nearly two years to pass what he wanted. Guess what? The garbage they passed has proven to be failures and nothing but more spending of money we don't have.

What the hell does it take to make you people wake up? Neither this damn bill, nor any other, really was about jobs. It's not that damn hard to figure out.

They wanted to debate it and Dirty Harry knew that would be the death of it. That is the only reason he would have taken the chance with this vote today. Now he can blame the GOP and not himself.

Maybe the reason the "illiterate" will believe Obama when he blames the Republicans is because it was the Republicans who prevented it from coming to a vote

Your own majority leader voted against it. LOL.
My post wasn't about the majority leader LOL
Nor about the minority leader LOL
My post was to point out that this was not a vote on Obama's jobs bill LOL

Good on the GOP for blocking another Obama pork bill.

After Senator McConnell insisted that Hapless Harry Reid bring this pointless bill to a vote last Tuesday, Reid decided to pull it, lest several Democrats vote for it, which would ensure their one way trips to the unemployment line next November.

The Democrats have earned 100% of the blame for this; Americans are sick of pointless tax increases, but they refuse to listen.
