Actually, they could build theme parks on the reservations it's their land to do as they please. I think they call those museums....... Casino's
Yes we have many Indian Tribes in Idaho, so the Latino's would have to discuss it with al of them. I don't think they would look to kindly, too more people wanting to intrude.

For those who commit crime, they do it there, here, and anywhere else they would be...b/c they're criminals.
The real reason is you couldn't handle the snow and the golfing time isn't as long..........

I always thought Texans where tough enough to never let it happen, and now I know, what you think of us here in Idaho!!!

The fact that historic sites of Latin or African American may have gone under recognized or appreciated regardless of their historical significance is just another quota system, in your opinion?

Every year the Department of the Interior reviews hundreds of sites identify for protection under the National Historic Preservation Act, I see no crime in putting emphasis on those that are central to the history of African Americans and latinos nor do I have a problem of elevating many of those sites already listed as historic places to the level of national park. Frankly, dismissing this as "just another quota" program smacks of just what it is... do I need to spell it out for you?
No. Your reading comprehension is odd. If some place is not showing up as historically meaningful l from the current methods then it probably ISN'T that important. We can make anything look like a big deal if we want. "Putting emphasis on" is a meaningless phrase and is just code for quotas or "go out and find somthing that we can use to fulfill "x". It always is..

But I live within driving distance of half a dozen Spanish Missions and Native American sites of interest so I'm not seeing a lack of anything anyway.
