Americans are the second fattest people in the world, we are actually in more danger from obesity related diseases than from anything associated with hunger.
And look at the lines of people camped out to be one of the first to buy the new iPod. Not to mention the lines going through fast food restaurants and the parking lots of restaurants and nightclubs filled to overflowing. Americans are getting more than enough to eat, and it's the food stamp recipients that have the worst problem with obesity.
I think perhaps its what their definition of food is. A poll is like not very successful i nchina because one can't reach the people in the remote regions, One has to realise that China and India have 1/4 of the world's popualtion.Perhpas one can get a better idea o healthcare because fi you go to chinsese cities you will see people waitig outside hpspitals.
