The buses that could have brought the people out were sitting and after the levies broke and it flooded , then the buses were all under water.. there is a lot of blame to go around.

Well I read the excerpts and quite frankly I gained a great deal of respect for her as a result.

The airwaves were filled with devastating pictures from New Orleans. And the faces of most of the people in distress were black. I knew right away that I should never have left Washington. I called my chief of staff, Brian Gunderson. "I'm coming home," I said.

"Yeah. You'd better do that," he answered.

Then I called the President. "Mr. President, I'm coming back. I don't know how much I can do, but we clearly have a race problem," I said.

"I wasn't just the secretary of state with responsibility for foreign affairs; I was the highest ranking black in the administration and a key advisor to the President. What had I been thinking?"

Big Props Sister Condi.

The "miserable, lying putz" is the idiot who put a friend's frat brother in charge of FEMA and, despite the horrific footage that we all saw said, "Heck of a job, Brownie."

Can't disagree with that.

That's your erroneous interpretation of events based on media propoganda. Read Decision Points by George W. Bush to give you more objective view of what actually occurred.

PS...Liberals big and small, from all corners of the country have given DP rave reviews and have complimented Bush on his candor. At least the Liberals that are willing to expand their horizons a few centimeters.

Of course you can't. You have no desire to seek anything remotely objective. If you had, you'd have read Decision Points by now.

See this is amazing to me. This is what happens when people soley rely on the government to wipe thier own but.

They had a week or so to get ready to get out. Like I always say blacks in these inner cities are in prison and don't even know.

Would any of you people posting here need the gov to tell you to get the hell out. New Orleans is below sea level why would people stay there. Its people that made themselves helpless and then try to blame the local, state and federal gov for them not getting help.

I think all the people that did not leave are stupid. Hell they are past stupid. These are the types of people that are anchors on society. If they are to stupid to leave what can you do.
