It's because most people are liberals. People in general demand liberal content. It's that simple.

All major news outlets are owned by major corporations.

If you ask me, the media promotes mostly liberal ideas because it fuels ideological warfare. That keeps the 99% in line, because they're too busy fighting with each other to go after the real problem.

Ever been to a major city and get suckered into a hand of 3-card monte?

Same premise.

You'll never win the game, because no matter how the cards are dealt the dealer is palming the red ace.

Last I saw in any statistics, which was back at the 2010 mid terms, was there were 20% hardcore liberal Progressives, and an increase from 35% to 40% Constitutional Conservatives.
The remainder being Independent with a heavy lean to the Conservative.

2010 Mid Terms confirmed that in State elections.
Independents were sold change and they got acceleration.

42% of Americans conservative, 23% liberal, according to Gallup.
In 2010, Conservatives Still Outnumber Moderates, Liberals

Those were the last numbers I have seen but the OP leans far enough left to accept whatever Kos says, or TP, or one of any of the Soros groups.

I think there is a chance that most liberals get their information form sources other than non-partisan groups like Gallup.

That would explain the landslide 2010 election where liberals were voted out of office ...

No, the majority are not liberals ... not even close. And that's to Obama, Pelosi and Reid the liberals will be loosing significant ground with forcing Obamacare down our throats and completely screwing up our economy.

The majority of Americans are centrist. Whether it's centre left or centre right, they are centrist. Then you have the extremes.
