On-line polls have very similar numbers for those candidates, the only difference, they show Dr. Paul with the 34% that is missing.

How are we supposed to know? We don't even know where those numbers come from. a source for the poll would be helpful.

Could that 34% be the undecided??

Get back to us next week with the new numbers. They are bound to shift as we keep seeing the "candidate of the week".

Are they % of republicans that love them? hate them?

Is it their scores on a math quiz?

Is it the % of 20 year old women that find them sexy?

National poll, and the rest are "undecided".

Polls like this really show nothing, prove nothing, and are nothing. Its media screaming "look at me".

Nationally, Ron Paul polls lower because he wants to repeal social security and medicare. 70% of Americans disagree with him. Then he doesn't support federal bans on abortions or for gay marriage to be banned without constitutional amendment. That rules him out with the other 30%.

Then those are uneducated voters if they believe that. He is not doing away with Social Security or Medicare. He is giving the young a choice to OPT OUT if they WANT to. How many of the young say the following: "I'm paying in to Social Security and I'll never receive any when I get older." Those people are correct. There will be NO Social Security for any of the young whether you think Ron Paul is going to "get rid of it" or you just sit back and watch as it happens on its own. He is trying to find a way to make it last longer. Either way, SS and Medicare is going to end because we don't have the money.

He wants to cut back on military spending, (not Defense spending), to help pay for Social Security for those on it or those who want it. Same with Medicare.

Seriously, if people are going to vote, they should know what they are voting for or against, not just whatever they heard someone say somewhere at some time.

And any true Republican or even a true Democrat would appreciate NO FEDERAL BANS on abortion or gay marriage. It's up to the states to decide, NOT the federal government!

I can post the youtube link here where Dr. Paul says he would end social security and medicare, if he had the chance, but honestly, I don't want to waste the bandwidth.
