There is no one right answer to broad questions like this. I'm sure there are some cases where that may be the case - not in most cases. To answer more directly, this crime does not mean the offender is homosexual, but by sheer numbers, you're going to have some that are.
Rape is an act of power and control, not sex, so no.
But hey, why not do some field studying yourself? Head over to the nearest state prison and find any prisoner known for prison rape, ask him if he's a *****. Lemme know how he reacts
unfortunately the gay lobby has forced made it that if a man rapes another man because the second man is gay it is included as a "hate crime".

Sorry, rape is about a man having power over a woman, but a man can exert all types of power and control over another man without sticking his johns in him. Do my laundry, clean my cell, fold my cloths, and all my buddy's cloths, keep my toilet clean, etc. Beat the man daily, keep him scared and traumatized,throw his food on the floor and make him lap it up.
The moment you stick your body into another man's body, the title of "straight" or "heterosexual" is gone out the window!!
Make all the excuses in the world, but you are now a homosexual or bi-sexual.
There may be some psychiatric condition where rage is the over riding factor, but again, the act labels you what you have become.

In jails rape among male inmates is almost like normal. Does anyone suggest an unusually large percentage of prison inmates are gay, compared with the general population?
Thinking about it, I assume the percentage of violent gay men is lower than that of violent men in general.
Yes they are (although in total denial) and like all rapists they are absolute monsters.
I have heard this goes on in prisons all the time. I don't know why it is accepted. Why do all the bleeding heart prisoner rights types have no compassion for prison rape victims? Oh yeah it's because they side with the rapist...they always defend and have the most compassion towards the most evil man they can find.
