What are you implying? They can't figure out how to register? They can't read or write? Many states will allow others to fill out the app for you, probably all of em as I'm sure there is some kind of law on the books to help out idiots.

Yeah not really. I've seen hundreds of OWS people in handcuffs who indeed did back down.
