They still have to be doing more than just trespassing.

I saw a film clip of a OWS protester who stated he quit his job so he can protest over the lack of jobs.

This is what's wrong with this "everybody gets a trophy" and "a person's self esteem is important, no matter who they are" parenting crap we pull these days. People think that they should always get their way just because they show up.

I mean, read up more on this thing that's gone down regarding this church. The protesters are basically saying "It's not our fault we're trespassing. We ASKED the church nicely if we could stay there. They're the ones that said no and made us break in. They should have given us permission, and then we wouldn't have broken in!"

The entitlement mentality of these idiots is just astounding. They were all raised to think that they could have whatever they wanted, so long as they asked before they took it.

This is lower Manhattan. The top 1% own and control lower Manhattan.

There are a number of small "islands" (some above water only at low tide) conveniently located right off Manhattan. They could "occupy" those.

Meh, this isn't going to accomplish anything. We need to arm these people and set them loose killing policemen and dragging the 1% from their offices to be beheaded in the street.

Are you actually attempting to claim the church whose property the idiot was attempting to occupy as being among the 1%?

I can't afford property in Beverly Hills. That doesn't entitle me to climb over a fence to "occupy" property owned by someone else.

There is no legitimate defense of the actions of this "movement".
