Jeffrey Zients will serve as President Obama's new acting director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), but the president's decision might undercut attacks on Republican Mitt Romney's career as a venture capitalist, because Zients and Romney are both alumni of Bain & Company.
The White House emphasized Zients' "twenty years as a CEO, management consultant, and entrepreneur" when announcing his promotion, but did not mention that Zients' used to work with Bain & Company.
Well...dear. How will this jibe with obama's evil corporate raider campaign rhetoric?
If a Bain guy is good enough, experienced enough for obama, I'd say one that RAN the whole thing is good enough for the country.
Let's see. If the Obama adminsitration includes a "crook", for we all know that the Bain people are crooks, then by association Obama is a crook? Or, is this just another sign of incompetency, by the failure to vet out the crooks in the hiring process.
LMAO...what do you have to say about this, lefties who think Bain is evil?
Independents are against all corp. funding.
Its not a simplistic matter of "good and evil". And everyone with any modicum of intelligence knows lobbyists and corps. now run America on both sides.
but continue with the talking points of hate rhetoric while america implodes. the powers that be want it this way.

Hate rhetoric?
FWIW, I think lobbying should be outlawed.
As far as corporations, they help more people than they harm.

Far as I can tell... hasn't it been the Republicans who say Bain is evil?
That said... 2 years as an employee of Bain is not exactly the same as 9 years, 2 of them as CEO.
So this story's pretty much a yawner.
