It depends on what you do for the evil corporate raiders. If you're the CEO, yep. That's plenty. If you're a financial analyst, not so much.

Well...dear. How will this jibe with obama's evil corporate raider campaign rhetoric?

If a Bain guy is good enough, experienced enough for obama, I'd say one that RAN the whole thing is good enough for the country.
Fabulous thread!!!

Flimsy argument...au contraire mon frère...an anlyst is in a position to be a whistle blower if what he or she is seeing is inherently illegal, immoral, or unethical. Silence.

So...

- Obama hires an ex-employee from Bain.

The point sailed right over your head. Having a Bain-man undermines the rhetoric coming from obama/Left about the evil corporate raider company.

Are you sure you hate people associated with Bain, much less to vote for one? Heck, I work with ex-AIG employees, I guess for all of AIG's ills, my association with ex-employees is a no-no? Those ex-employees of AIG are also "AIG" philosophically?

Besides, I've always considered it a good thing to have your critics around you. It was a part of my upbringing. I guess such upbringing is a blasphemy in the right wing, that prefers a collective thinking, like-mindedness and leaves no room for discussion.
